At Stone Alliance Group, we're seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team in Greenfield, MA. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring our customers receive exceptional support and service.

The Customer Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact for our customers, handling inbound inquiries, processing quotes and orders, and resolving customer issues. You'll work closely with our engineering team to provide technical information and solutions, and collaborate with multiple departments to resolve customer problems and ensure smooth order fulfillment.

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a customer service or client-facing industry, with a manufacturing background a plus.
  • A high attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to work as a team and communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to take initiative.
  • Working knowledge of Windows-based operating systems and Microsoft-based software packages.
  • Familiarity with CRM and/or ERP software a plus.
