The Children's Institute of Pittsburgh is a renowned organization dedicated to providing exceptional care and services to children and their families. We're seeking a highly skilled Human Resources Coordinator to join our team and support the Employee Relations function.

Job Responsibilities
  • Secure and monitor the collection of new-hire documentation from offer to start date.
  • Maintain personnel files to meet organizational needs and comply with current employment practices and regulatory agencies.
  • Prepare terminated personnel and medical files for offsite storage as necessary.
  • Schedule exit interviews on behalf of the Employee Relations Manager.
  • Track results and document themes of exit interviews for leadership review.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree preferred; High School diploma or GED required.
  • Minimum two years of administrative experience; previous HR and health-related experience desired.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS databases required.
