Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Production Supervisor to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing production associates, maintaining production standards, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality products to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage Production Associates: Supervise and coordinate the work of production associates to ensure efficient and effective production processes.
  • Maintain Production Standards: Monitor and maintain production standards to ensure high-quality products are delivered to customers.
  • Manage Production Schedule: Plan and manage production schedules to meet customer requirements and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Establish Quality Assurance Program: Develop and implement a quality assurance program to ensure customer requirements are met and products are of high quality.
  • Manage Product Control Program: Implement a product control program to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Manage Safety and Health Program: Ensure compliance with all OSHA regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Minimum Qualifications: 2 years' experience in warehouse or plant management, high school diploma or equivalent, and strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Preferred Qualifications: Bilingual Spanish, bachelor's degree, and experience in the healthcare industry.
