Overview:

ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is a leading provider of linen rental and laundry services to the healthcare industry. As a Production Supervisor, you will play a critical role in ensuring the efficient operation of our production facilities, delivering high-quality products to our customers, and maintaining a safe and healthy work environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a team of production associates to ensure timely and accurate production of linen and laundry products.
  • Develop and implement production schedules to meet customer requirements and minimize waste.
  • Establish and maintain a quality assurance program to ensure compliance with customer and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage product control programs to minimize loss and ensure accurate inventory management.
  • Develop and implement safety and health programs to ensure compliance with OSHA regulations and maintain a safe work environment.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in warehouse or plant management.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Bilingual Spanish preferred.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Computer literate with general PC applications and Excel skills.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
