Northrop Grumman Aeronautics Systems is seeking a F-35 Integration & Operations Leader 2 to join our diverse and skilled team within the F-35 division. This leadership position is based onsite in Redondo Beach, California.

This leadership role presents an exciting opportunity for a Level 2 Integrated Product Team (IPT) management position supporting the F-35 program. The leader will oversee daily operations for the Program Operations Organization related to the F-35 initiative, supporting the Program Office.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the integration and consolidation of information from all subordinate Operating Units to support Program Office presentations, documentation, and other deliverables to Air Dominance Division and NG Aeronautics Sector management, as well as external clients including the F-35 Joint Program Office as necessary. Manage relationships between the F-35 Program and counterparts within the Air Dominance Division, NG Aeronautics Sector, Functional Homeroom teams, and external clients. Administer the program's Principle and Operating Practices (PrOP) documents, Program Management Directives, and other governing documents, ensuring that all documentation is updated or removed as per the established schedule. Supervise program staffing needs and ensure timely issuance of reports according to the appropriate reporting cycle (i.e., weekly, monthly). Oversee the program's Facilities requirements across various locations to guarantee adequate resources (workspace, meeting rooms, etc.) and optimal working conditions, while integrating Facilities needs into future planning. Enhance team efficiencies by continuously streamlining and improving processes utilized by the team. Mentor Program Operations team members to ensure success in their current roles and prepare them for future opportunities.

Basic Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 10 years of experience in project management, resource planning, or facilities management, OR a Master's Degree with at least 8 years of experience in these areas, OR a High School Diploma/Equivalent with a minimum of 12 years of experience in project management, resource planning, or facilities management. At least 4 years of experience leading a team, process, and/or projects is required. Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time as determined by business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in Program Management. Background in the Aerospace and Defense sector. Experience in program execution and functional management. Salary Range: $151,900 - $227,900. This salary range serves as a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, including the scope and responsibilities of the position, as well as the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director roles may qualify for Long Term Incentives.
