Job Summary

A Shift Leader is required to deliver exceptional guest experiences at Nekter Juice Bar. The ideal candidate will be knowledgeable, efficient, and provide an energizing experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee shift operations, ensuring seamless execution of brand excellence in the absence of senior management.
  • Supervise a team of 3-7 team members, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality service.
  • Clean and maintain customer access areas, including front areas, restrooms, and parking lots, to Nekter Juice Bar standards.
  • Consistently serve Nekter Juice Bar products to specifications, adhering to health, safety, and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ensure timely distribution of cleanses and product information to customers.
  • Operate the cash register, handle cash transactions, and adhere to Nekter cash handling policies.
  • Execute promotions and handle coupons and gift cards according to Nekter Juice Bar standards.
Requirements
  • 1 year of experience in the restaurant or retail industry preferred.
  • High school degree preferred.
  • Food Handler card provided prior to employment.
  • Must be at least 16 years of age.
  • Extended periods of standing (4-8 hours).
  • Reaching, bending, and lifting a minimum of 50 lbs.
  • Strong communication, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Teamwork and attention to detail.
