About the Role:

The Mentor Coordinator is a key member of the Capital Factory team, responsible for the seamless execution of weekly Office Hours meetings between entrepreneurs, Mentors, and guest VIPs. This role requires a strong ability to connect people, manage multiple stakeholders, and ensure the smooth operation of our Mentor network.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor Onboarding: Welcome new Mentors to the Capital Factory community, ensuring they are properly integrated and equipped to make meaningful connections.
  • Office Hours Coordination: Manage the scheduling and execution of weekly Office Hours meetings, ensuring seamless communication between entrepreneurs, Mentors, and guest VIPs.
  • Mentor Engagement: Foster strong relationships with Mentors, understanding their expertise and interests to effectively match them with entrepreneurs and events.
  • Event Planning: Collaborate with the team to design and execute engaging events, including Epic Office Hours, roundtables, orientations, and mentor summits.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of the Mentor program and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:

  • Connector: Ability to engineer serendipity through priceless introductions and build meaningful connections between entrepreneurs, Mentors, and other stakeholders.
  • Passion for Entrepreneurship: Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and a passion for helping entrepreneurs succeed.
