Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our team at Heuser & Heuser, LLP in Colorado Springs, CO. As a Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in fostering relationships with our diverse clientele, delivering exceptional service, and presenting our services to potential clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process, screen, and qualify all new leads to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Schedule appointments for leads and gather all necessary information to effectively represent our services.
  • Assist attorneys in opening cases and assemble introductory packets for potential clients.
  • Represent the Heuser & Heuser brand and sell our services to potential clients through in-person, telephone, or Zoom conference.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain relationships with new clients to meet their needs and provide exceptional service.
  • Follow up with warm leads through various channels, including phone calls, emails, and text messages.
  • Create detailed reports surrounding client accidents, injuries, and other necessary details provided by the client for use by the legal team.
  • Communicate effectively between various levels of the organization, from reception to attorney.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within a service industry.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills to effectively manage internal team interactions and external client communications.
  • Proficiency in technology, including Microsoft Office Suite, video conferencing, and other platforms integral to our business operations.
  • Strong selling, negotiation, and communication skills to thrive in our high-energy, results-driven environment.
  • While not required, being bilingual (Spanish-speaking) is highly preferred to effectively cater to our diverse community.
