Position Overview:
The Patient Service Representative plays a vital role in the clinical operations by managing patient registrations for medical services. This position reports directly to the Site Supervisor and is essential in ensuring a seamless patient experience.

Invision Sally Jobe (ISJ) is a collaborative network of imaging centers, developed through a partnership between Radiology Imaging Associates and HealthOne. Our centers are strategically located across the South Denver area, equipped with advanced technology to deliver a wide range of imaging services.

Core Responsibilities:
1. Conduct comprehensive patient registration, ensuring all insurance details are verified and accurate.
2. Collect necessary signatures for various forms, including consent and financial responsibility.
3. Guide patients in completing required questionnaires for the clinic.
4. Manage incoming calls, addressing inquiries or directing them as needed.
5. Uphold company policies and safeguard sensitive information.
6. Gather and verify essential patient documentation, including insurance cards and identification.
7. Accurately input demographic information to facilitate efficient processing through the revenue cycle.
8. Clearly communicate insurance benefits and patient obligations using appropriate methods.
9. Ensure financial security of patient accounts to optimize reimbursement while maintaining a focus on customer service.
10. Document all interactions and information meticulously in the appropriate systems.
11. Foster a collaborative environment by building strong relationships with patients and team members.
12. Maintain a patient-centered approach, ensuring their needs are prioritized.
13. Greet patients warmly, establishing a welcoming atmosphere.

Qualifications:
- Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
- Strong multitasking skills in high-volume settings.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and coding systems (CPT, ICD-10).
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer service while maintaining confidentiality.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport.
- Previous experience in a healthcare registration role is preferred.

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED is required.

Compensation:
The salary range for this position is between $19.00 and $22.00 per hour, reflecting the company’s commitment to fair compensation based on experience and qualifications.
