Patient Access Coordinator

Key Responsibilities:

As a Patient Access Coordinator at AdventHealth Littleton, you will ensure patients are appropriately registered for all service lines. This includes performing eligibility verification, obtaining pre-cert and/or authorizations, making financial arrangements, requesting, and receiving payments for services. You will also perform cashiering functions, clear registration errors, and edit pre-bill, as required.

Working Relationships:

You will maintain a close working relationship with clinical partners to ensure continual open communication between clinical, ancillary, and patient access departments. This will enhance the patient experience and ensure seamless coordination of care.

Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need a High School Grad or Equivalent and one plus years of experience. You must be proactive in seeking assistance to improve any responsibilities assigned to your role and be accountable for maintaining a working relationship with clinical partners.
