Key Responsibilities
  • Meet with patients to exchange necessary information and documentation, providing explanations and addressing concerns.
  • Communicate with referring providers, clinical departments, and other personnel to exchange information and determine schedules.
  • Verify insurance benefits and obtain pre-certification/authorization as necessary.
  • Determine and accept required payments, including co-pays and deductibles, or refer to financial counselors for follow-up.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of demographic, billing, and clinical information into the registration system.
