Join Our Mission to Serve

Covenant Living Communities, a prominent network of Continuing Care Retirement Communities, is looking for a dedicated Dining Services Aide. This role is essential in delivering prompt and friendly service to our residents and guests while managing various tasks within the dining areas of our Healthcare Center.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve meals to designated tables.
  • Record meal orders from residents.
  • Prepare and clear tables efficiently.
  • Set up the tray-line prior to service.
  • Assemble individual meals on the tray-line.
  • Ensure all duties are completed thoroughly before the end of each shift.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in dining services.
  • At least one year of experience in a healthcare environment.
  • Strong reading, writing, speaking, and analytical skills.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sanitation practices, food safety, and cross-contamination protocols, including HACCP.
  • Familiarity with dining room operations and etiquette, as well as knowledge of residents' rights.
  • Enthusiasm for working with and engaging older adults.
