Salary Range: $68,000 - $82,000
Role Summary:
The primary objective of this position is to assist the Marketing Team in the execution of various marketing initiatives and campaigns, ensuring seamless implementation across all operational facets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Event Management:
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Culinary teams to formulate annual event strategies, plans, budgets, and performance metrics for approximately two to three events annually. Oversee the complete event lifecycle, from planning and execution to success measurement and post-event evaluations. - Marketing Materials Development:
Lead the annual update of marketing collateral, ensuring accuracy and compliance with brand guidelines. Support the Brand Manager in creating impactful sales and marketing materials, including digital content, signage, and trade show assets. - HubSpot & Marketing Automation:
Serve as a HubSpot expert, advocating for its use in addressing business challenges and uncovering new revenue opportunities. Assist in executing marketing campaigns through HubSpot, including lead qualification and reporting. - Media Strategy:
Support the implementation of annual marketing touchpoint plans, encompassing paid, owned, and earned media strategies. Assist in the development of campaign assets and oversee email marketing initiatives. - Performance Analysis:
Analyze website and marketing metrics, providing monthly recommendations for improvement based on campaign performance.
Additional Duties:
Assist the Marketing Team with new product launches, identify areas for process enhancement, conduct competitor analysis, and manage special projects as assigned.
Travel Requirements:
Occasional travel may be required (2-3 trips per year).
Qualifications:
To excel in this role, candidates should possess a college degree in marketing or business, or equivalent experience, with a minimum of 3-5 years in a relevant field. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, HubSpot, and various digital marketing platforms is essential. Strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects are critical for success.
