Position Summary

Compensation: $17.00 per hour
Work Schedule: Day Shift

  • Oversee and manage all culinary processes and programs. The Culinary Supervisor I is tasked with stepping in for the Culinary Supervisor II as necessary. This role also involves assisting in the completion of all cooking-related HACCP documentation and ensuring the integrity of HACCP Programs. The Culinary Supervisor I is required to log all cooking activities and report any deviations to management.
Qualifications
  • Ability to adhere to company standards regarding temperatures and HACCP protocols.
  • Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds.
  • Able to work in a cold environment for extended periods.
  • Must be able to stand for the duration of the shift.
  • Strong communication skills and a commitment to safety.
  • Must successfully complete BTE Level 3.

Additional Requirements:
Must pass a criminal background check.
