Aon seeks a seasoned professional to lead client relationships, develop benefits strategies, and manage vendor partnerships. This role involves strategic consulting and vendor management for assigned clients, including insurance placement and team coordination.

Your Impact as a Strategic Health Solutions Director:
  • Develop employee benefits strategies and lead complex consulting projects
  • Manage vendors and develop client reports
  • Lead external meetings and internal resource coordination
  • Maintain and grow long-term client relationships through excellent service

The ideal candidate will possess expertise in benefit plan design, rate analysis, strategy, RFP development, and insurance carrier negotiations. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal collaboration skills are essential. Leadership experience in business judgment and anticipating client/project needs is also required.

Requirements and Qualifications:
  • Ten or more years of Health and Benefits background
  • Five plus years of benefits consulting/brokerage experience
  • Client-facing experience at a consulting company, insurance company, brokerage, or in the Health and Benefits discipline
  • Complex project management experience

The estimated salary range for this position is $150K to $215K annually, based on education, experience, skills, and abilities. This position is eligible for an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary.
