Strategic Pro Sales Director

At Lowe's, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Pro Sales Director to join our team. This role is responsible for driving sales growth for our largest regional pro customers.
Responsibilities:- Conduct market research and cold calling to identify new business opportunities.
- BUILD strong relationships with large pro customers to understand their needs and preferences.
- Collaborate with District Managers and Store Managers to develop effective strategies for each assigned account.
- Negotiate pricing and contract terms to close sales.
- Meet with purchasing decision makers to discuss supplier annual reviews, quarterly and annual planning, and production meetings.
- Conduct regular sales calls with customers to review products, production schedules, delivery timing, and new product introductions.
- Apply a consultative selling strategy to understand customer needs and provide proactive solutions.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field and 4+ years relevant professional sales experience.
- Experience selling products and services to strategic accounts and/or Business to Business selling.
- Strong communication skills to interact with customer accounts.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Teams.
- Experience with CRM technology.
The estimated salary for this position is between $84,500 and $140,900 annually, based on factors such as education, training, and experience. We also offer competitive benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
