Key Responsibilities of the Culinary Director:

  • Upholds brand standards with a focus on exceptional service, quality, and excellence

Qualifications for the Culinary Director:

  • Preferred certifications include ServSafe and TIPS
  • Bachelor's or Associate's degree in a relevant field
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a senior culinary role, such as Sous Chef or Chef De Cuisine, particularly in hotel or senior living environments, with a strong grasp of operational and financial management
  • Experience in Senior Living food service is highly advantageous
