Fuse serves as a comprehensive integration hub for service teams (such as Prime, Music, Video, and more), enabling them to deliver subscription services through leading global partners that collectively cater to over 4 billion consumers.

While leveraging existing Amazon systems, you will engage with complex problems that require creative solutions.

  • Define and influence the product strategy for Fuse and MBD, along with our partner teams.
  • Articulate a comprehensive vision and outline strategies to achieve it.
  • Engage with external partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to comprehend product requirements and devise innovative solutions through strategic documentation (PRFAQs, BRDs, UX, and technical design documents).
  • Represent the team and advocate for the product with senior leadership across the organization, as well as business development and marketing teams.

The right candidate will be hands-on, results-driven, and thrive in delivering widely adopted technology products/services in a rapidly evolving environment where priorities can shift swiftly.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will be an analytical leader who is data-driven, capable of prioritizing effectively, and communicating clearly and persuasively. A strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality is essential.

Basic qualifications include:

  • 8+ years of experience in technical product or program management.
  • 2+ years of experience in end-to-end product delivery.
  • Experience leading engineering discussions on technology decisions and strategies related to a product.
  • Proven track record in owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and understanding product trade-offs.
  • Technical product management experience.
  • Bachelor's degree.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience collaborating directly with engineers on product enhancements.
  • Familiarity with project management methodologies, business analysis, or process improvement.
