About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our RISC Product team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving a multi-year vision that changes the paradigm for how customers purchase and safely use products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a long-term product roadmap that aligns with our company's goals and objectives.
  • Identify and prioritize key technology improvements and platforms necessary to meet our 3-year vision goals.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to implement scalable metrics to track progress and ensure Selling Partner Experience remains best-in-class.
  • Audit existing products and technologies, and use your knowledge to enhance and launch new controls.
  • Collaborate with risk managers, tech, business, and policy teams to identify and create technology enhancements.

Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Experience owning and driving roadmap strategy and definition.
  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product.
  • Experience contributing to engineering discussions around technology decisions and strategy related to a product.
  • Experience managing technical products or online services.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, analytics, mathematics, statistics, IT, or equivalent.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base pay range of $136,100/year to $235,200/year, depending on location. We also offer equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation as part of a total compensation package.
