Job Description

The Fuse team at Amazon is seeking a talented Product Marketing Manager to help us build amazing programs that deliver high-impact campaigns and best-in-class customer journeys.

This role will focus on building marketing programs for new products from the ground up in a fast-paced environment, often with aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute comprehensive product marketing strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align messaging, positioning, and marketing initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with cross-category teams, including marketing, product management, and technology, to ensure alignment between partners and internal teams.
  • Go deep with partners to understand their customers and build programs and offers that appeal across segments and deliver great results.
  • Build scalable programs that benefit all regions.
  • Partner with Business Development on the sell-in of new partnerships with pitches, proposals, and B2B communications.
  • Continually optimize partnerships from launch through ongoing sustaining efforts to maximize performance.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
  • Experience leading go-to-market for consumer software or hardware product launches.
  • Demonstrated ability to build long-lasting, mutually beneficial business partnerships throughout the business cycle and across different regions.
  • Experience working closely with Business Development in negotiating and navigating complex business relationships that result in win/win outcomes.
  • Experience collaborating with partners and internal teams across multiple regions, navigating different cultures, and understanding different customer segments.
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA.
  • Experience communicating results to stakeholders.
  • Experience creating and managing complex, cross-team project plans.
  • Global and/or centralized marketing leadership experience.
  • Experience in video content (film and television) a plus.
  • Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages a plus.
  • Knowledge of Amazon processes, organizational behaviors, and tools a plus.
