Client Relationship Manager

The Party Staff, Inc. is a leading provider of temporary staffing solutions for the hospitality industry. We specialize in delivering highly skilled and reliable staff to ensure exceptional service for events, hotels, schools, hospitals, and other hospitality venues and corporate dining.
OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic and experienced Client Relationship Specialist to drive new business opportunities, nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of confidence, enthusiasm, and a sincere passion for our services.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement marketing strategies to create a strong client base and open new segments of business.
- Maintain working relationships with existing and prospective clients through exceptional client services and timely follow-ups and responses.
- Meet or exceed sales target objectives and service performance requirements through new and existing customer sales and by providing excellent service and customer satisfaction.
- Generate weekly activity reports to be turned into branch or regional manager.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, including phone calls and emails.
- Stay updated on industry trends, knowledge, and innovation through networking and participating in industry-related events.
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships effectively.
- Strong understanding of hospitality operations.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Experience with Mac and Mac-based programs.
