Maxwon LLC is seeking a driven and ambitious Client Relationship Manager to establish new client relationships and ensure client satisfaction.

This is a 100% commission-based role with compensation well above the industry average, ideal for individuals eager to earn based on their performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Establish and build new client relationships using provided client contacts.
  • Oversee client interactions and ensure long-term satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve client concerns promptly and effectively.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and support.
  • Track and improve client service processes to enhance client experience.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in client service business development or sales.
  • Strong ability to establish and nurture client relationships.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet targets.
  • Experience with commission-based roles is a plus.
