Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Basic knowledge of administrative account operations.
What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary range: $70,160-$112,256.
  • Eligibility for an individual annual performance bonus and Capital's annual profitability bonus.
  • Retirement plan with 15% company contribution.
