- Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience in customer service, preferably in the financial services sector.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Basic knowledge of administrative account operations.
- Competitive base salary range: $70,160-$112,256.
- Eligibility for an individual annual performance bonus and Capital's annual profitability bonus.
- Retirement plan with 15% company contribution.
