Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Fundraising Coordinator to join our team at Andwell Health Partners. This role is responsible for recording and maintaining the integrity of gift and constituent information in our department's database. The ideal candidate will have experience in data entry, donor management, and process development.

About the Role
As a Senior Fundraising Coordinator, you will be responsible for developing processes to identify potential major gift prospects by analyzing donor trends and past giving patterns. You will also leverage gift history and constituent data to assess the capacity and propensity of individuals to support Andwell Health Partners. Your excellent communication skills and ability to work with people will be essential in this role. You will help prioritize prospects for engagement and support donor stewardship activities. Additionally, you will assist with the department's workflow and event coordination to meet our departmental goals.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need an Associate's degree (Bachelor's degree preferred) and 3+ years of experience in related work. Proficiency in donor constituent database systems Blackbaud Raiser's Edge and NXT is preferred. You must also possess good judgment, a sense of humor, and the ability to handle confidential matters.
