Senior Physician Role at St. Mary's Regional Medical Center

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Primary Care Physician to lead our team and provide exceptional patient care in Lewiston-Auburn, Maine.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Provide high-quality patient care in our busy clinic setting, working closely with our multidisciplinary team.
  • Foster strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues to ensure seamless communication and coordination of care.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement evidence-based clinical practices and guidelines.
  • Mentor and educate junior staff members to promote professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and patient safety efforts to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Benefits and Compensation:

  • A highly competitive salary range: $300,000 - $350,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
  • A comprehensive benefits package including health and dental insurance, 403b & 457 Retirement Plans with company match, $4K yearly CME allowance, Paid Time Off, and more.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Board Certification in Internal Medicine or Board Eligibility with the intention of becoming Board Certified within 2 years of hire.
