Senior Foreman Electrical Construction Job Role
Sargent Electric Company, a leading US electrical contractor, is seeking an experienced Senior Foreman Electrical Construction to join their team in Lewiston, Maine. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and in-depth knowledge of electrical project management.

This role involves coordinating project field activities, providing effective supervision, and ensuring the work is performed with the highest level of safety, quality, and efficiency. Travel and relocation are required from time to time.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Safety Team, Preplanning Team, Foremen, and field labor to achieve project objectives. They will report directly to the Project Manager responsible for the project.

Main Responsibilities
- Understanding and supporting all Company policies and procedures as well as any project-related strategic planning initiatives
- Promoting Company training initiatives and making recommendations for assigned field workforce personnel
- Providing meaningful assistance with estimating and business development initiatives, as needed
- Preparing a Project Specific Safety Plan to ensure all Company safety policies and procedures are followed

Requirements
- Current Maine State Journeyman or Master's license (preferred)
- 6 years' experience in electrical project construction
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects/activities in a dynamic environment
- Experience with Microsoft Office and other relevant software

The estimated salary for this position is $85,000 - $105,000 per year, depending on experience. Benefits include health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
