Overview

Lewiston Senior Living is a locally owned and operated Assisted Living and Memory Care community dedicated to providing a warm and inviting atmosphere for its residents. As an Activities Coordinator, you will play a vital role in developing and implementing activities that promote physical, social, intellectual, and spiritual development among our residents.

Estimated Salary Range

$16 - $24 per hour, with opportunities for credit towards experience.

Job Description

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated professional to join our team as an Activities Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing and coordinating resident activities that cater to diverse interests and abilities
  • Fostering community participation and encouraging residents to engage in meaningful activities
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of services
Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should possess:

  • Prior experience in planning and implementing activities and events
  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with some college or related training preferred
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with seniors and staff members
  • MN Commercial Driver's License with a passenger endorsement, preferred
