Senior Technical Support Specialist Role Overview

At Central Maine Medical Center, we are committed to delivering exceptional care and experiences for our community and for each other every day. This position is responsible for the implementation of moderately complex tools and processes, and the proactive support and maintenance of business information systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform a variety of non-routine tasks required for on-going support, problem diagnosis, and problem resolution related to existing information systems.
  • Effectively coordinate problem resolution with users, other IS personnel, and vendors.
  • Assess problem situations with care and consider all aspects before pursuing a solution; demonstrates the ability to exercise independent judgment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
  • Three years in systems development or support.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with Infor / Lawson Financials (General Ledger / Accounts Payable / Supply Chain Management) MHC Image Express / Document Express.
