Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Associate Sales Director to join our rapidly growing sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving targets for the overall recruitment of providers into Privia Medical Group (PMG).

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to drive growth and revenue in assigned markets
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including physicians, medical groups, and health systems
  • Conduct sales meetings and presentations to promote Privia's services and solutions
  • Manage sales pipelines and track progress towards targets
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement sales strategies and tactics
  • Provide ongoing relationship and sales support to recruited practices
  • Establish relationships with local partners and distributors
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred; Advanced degree a plus
  • 4+ years complex sales or healthcare consulting experience in a highly competitive market
  • Demonstrated ability as an individual contributor in a highly competitive sales environment
  • Experience exceeding sales targets with proven ability to generate in excess of $1 Million in sales
  • Must provide reliable transportation
  • Must comply with all HIPAA rules and regulations

Compensation and Benefits

The salary range for this role is $75,000 in base pay and exclusive of any bonuses or benefits. This role is also eligible for a variable compensation plan with an additional target of $75,000 and restricted stock base pay offered will be determined based on relevant factors such as experience, education, and geographic location.

Technical Requirements

In order to successfully work remotely, supporting our patients and providers, we require a minimum of 5 MBPS for Download Speed and 3 MBPS for the Upload Speed. This should be acquired prior to the start of your employment. The best measure of your internet speed is to use online speed tests like. This gives you an update as to how fast data transfer is with your internet connection and if it meets the minimum speed requirements. Work with your internet provider if you have questions about your connection. Employees who regularly work from home offices are eligible for expense reimbursement to offset this cost.
