Job Title: Professional Services Operations ManagerJob Summary

Zift Solutions is a global software company that specializes in channel success. We provide cutting-edge channel-focused technology and deliver comprehensive cloud-based solutions for channel marketing, sales, and operations. As a Professional Services Operations Manager, you will lead a cross-functional team to drive discovery, implementation, configuration, and quality assurance for Zift customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a team of 5-10 individuals across Business Analysis, Solution Engineering, Project Managers, and Web Development practices.
  • Build a team structure, processes, and approach that supports professionalism and efficiency in service delivery, while maintaining high employee satisfaction, career opportunities, and growth.
  • Own end-to-end on-boarding of Zift's customers, driving fast time to value and high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate closely with other parts of the company, including Support, Product & Engineering, Sales, Customer Success Manager, Finance, and other Professional Services teams.
  • Consult with Senior Director, Professional Services to drive profitability from the group.
Requirements
  • BA or BS from an accredited university or equivalent business experience in Business Analysis, Project Management, Solutions Engineering, or Web Development.
  • 5 years' experience in a relevant technology management role.
  • Excellent customer management instincts and abilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguity and apply problem-solving skills with a Can-Do approach.
  • Technical familiarity with Salesforce, SSO, HTML, CSS, and SQL.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Familiarity with Zift platforms: PRMAdmin, ZiftMarcom, ZiftONE.
  • 3 years of experience with channel management.
  • Good teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Eager to drive customer success.
  • Good communication and collaboration skills with customers, vendors, and all levels within the organization.
