Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal channels and product partners
  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop tailored solutions
  • Consistently achieve/exceed sales quotas and targets

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of quota-carrying sales experience
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's Degree or higher
  • Minimum 5-10 years of relevant experience in HCM, business consulting, finance, or accounting
  • Strategic sales process expertise
  • Strong business acumen and industry knowledge
