As a Channel Sales Manager at ADP, you will play a critical role in identifying and cultivating new business opportunities with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies. Your expertise in strategic HCM initiatives will enable you to drive growth and deliver value to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business plans to drive sales growth and expansion
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies
  • Collaborate closely with internal channels and product partners to optimize sales processes
  • Consistently achieve/exceed annual sales quotas

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Minimum 5+ years of quota-carrying, outside business-to-business sales experience
  • Proven track record of over-achieving sales quotas
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
