Position Summary

The Workforce Solutions Program Specialist plays a crucial role in collaborating with client representatives to ensure the effective delivery of temporary staffing services by our Managed Service Provider (MSP) partners. This position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality service to clients in the management of temporary personnel.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Vendor Management Systems (VMS) to oversee customer requisitions and supplier submissions, ensuring compliance with client requirements.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service by providing timely updates to clients regarding their open requisitions and responding to inquiries promptly.
  • Manage communication with suppliers concerning candidate submissions and assist temporary employees with relevant queries.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of the recruitment process across various job categories, including technical and professional roles.
  • Facilitate communication among Acro's MSP program team to ensure alignment on program activities.
  • Provide training and support to hiring managers and suppliers on VMS functionalities.
  • Address inquiries related to program operations and assist in the creation of new client profiles and requisitions within the VMS.
  • Analyze pricing structures for various skill sets as needed by client representatives.
  • Conduct audits of assignments and purchase orders to ensure alignment with billing rates.
  • Generate reports from the VMS to track program performance and provide insights to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Education

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field.

Experience

  • A minimum of two years of experience in the staffing industry or a related HR role.

Skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with various stakeholders.
  • Strong customer service orientation and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
  • Ability to negotiate terms and develop positive relationships with vendors and clients.
  • Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism throughout the hiring process.

Work Environment

  • This position is primarily remote, with a focus on computer-based tasks and communication.
