Key Responsibilities
  • Market Analysis and Planning: Identify and analyze market trends to develop effective marketing strategies that meet the needs of our clients.
  • Client Acquisition and Retention: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their financial needs and provide them with personalized solutions.
  • Sales and Service: Effectively sell insurance and investment solutions to clients, and provide ongoing service to ensure their financial needs are being met.
  • Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and develop strategies to expand our client base.
  • Community Engagement: Develop and maintain relationships with local business leaders and community organizations to promote the Western & Southern Life brand.
Requirements
  • Education: Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal, relationship, and influence skills; effective communication skills; ability to analyze client needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Certifications: Obtain and hold State Life and Health license prior to hire; obtain and hold the FINRA SIE, Series 6 and Series 63 within one year of employment.
Working Conditions
  • Travel: Ability to travel during day and night hours.
