Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend products and services that meet members' financial needs

  • Provide accurate and timely information to members
  • Maintain accurate records and files

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales/customer service
  • Prior experience in a financial institution preferred
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills
