We are seeking a highly skilled Administrative Operations Coordinator to join our team at Catholic Medical Center. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of our department.

About the Job

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and detail-oriented professional to utilize their skills in a dynamic environment. As a Department Coordinator, your primary responsibility will be to oversee the daily administrative tasks, ensuring efficient workflow and organization.

You will coordinate and schedule meetings, events, and appointments for department leaders and staff. Additionally, you will prepare, review, and distribute department reports, presentations, and other materials as needed.

Your problem-solving skills and proactive approach will help you address challenges before they escalate, keeping the department efficient and productive.

As a liaison between the department and other internal teams, you will manage communication and support cross-departmental collaboration. You will also maintain department records, manage budgets, and handle invoicing and expense tracking.

What We Offer

In addition to the opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real difference in the lives of our patients, we offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience.
