The estimated salary for this position is $18-$22/hour, based on industry standards and location.

**Job Responsibilities**

  • Provide direct administrative support to management staff, enabling effective and efficient office functions and business operations.
  • Support finance and billing operations, including Accounts Receivable and invoice management.
  • Review and prepare various materials, documents, proposals, reports, and correspondence, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Assist management with projects and key initiatives, contributing to the achievement of company goals.
  • Maintain office inventory supplies and replenish them as needed, anticipating the needs of executive and managerial staff.

**Required Skills and Qualifications**

  • One or more years of relevant work experience, demonstrating proficiency in administrative support.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite essential, with experience in CRM and project management tools required.
  • Strong attention to detail and positive work attitude, fostering collaboration and teamwork.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize effectively, and manage time to meet deadlines.
