In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring and directing sterile processing staff, managing day-to-day activities, and ensuring efficient operation and maintenance of high-quality standards in the Sterile Processing Department.

About the Role:
You will be responsible for carrying out sterile processing functions, collaborating with the manager in hiring, evaluating, training, and counseling of staff, supervising day-to-day operations, and maintaining productivity and adhering to policies, guidelines, and procedures. Three to five years of progressive Sterile Processing Department experience, Sterile Processing Certification within one year of hire, and Specialty certification through IAHCSAMM (International Association of Healthcare Central Services Material Management) preferred.
