About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled professional to lead our CX Managed Services team as Vice President. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a new business model that effectively combines the strengths of our traditional contract-to-hire services with our core solutions business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a new business model that leverages the collective intelligence and capabilities of our contracting services to provide rapid team building and quick turnaround value for our clients.
  • Define a new service offering that aligns with our core solutions business and provides a more integrated and value-driven offering for our clients.
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive go-to-market strategy for the new service offering, including market positioning, messaging, and sales enablement.
  • Build and lead a high-performing team of contractor services professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and support.
  • Foster strong relationships with clients and partners, ensuring their satisfaction and success.
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the contractor services business, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies to identify opportunities for innovation and continuous improvement.
Requirements
  • 15+ years of proven experience in a similar consulting or contractor placement firm, with a focus on developing and implementing new business models.
  • Experience in defining and designing new business models in consulting, having brought a new service offering or practice area to market.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful go-to-market strategies.
  • Deep understanding of the consulting and contracting industry, including market trends, best practices, and competitive landscape.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients, partners, and team members.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • A growth mindset and passion for driving innovation and delivering exceptional value to clients.
