Position: Kitchen Restaurant Team Member

Compensation: $10.50 - $13.00

Role Summary:
As a Cook at Off The Hook, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our high culinary standards. You will thrive in a dynamic environment, collaborating with your colleagues to ensure that every dish meets our exceptional quality. Your contributions will be vital in fostering a welcoming atmosphere, maintaining cleanliness in the kitchen, and supporting your team in delivering outstanding Cajun cuisine. Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and cook meals that adhere to our restaurant's quality standards.
  • Operate efficiently in a high-energy kitchen environment.
  • Take pride in creating exceptional dishes that enhance the dining experience.
  • Manage various kitchen tasks, including food prep, cooking, and sanitation.
  • Comply with food safety regulations to ensure guest health and safety.
  • Utilize kitchen equipment safely and report any issues to management.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks and ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Detail-oriented and organized, capable of managing shifting priorities.
  • Able to work flexible shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a restaurant setting.
  • Completion of all required training programs.
  • Must be at least 16 years old.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
