These culinary roles are available on a part-time basis, with flexible scheduling options suitable for students or those with other commitments. There is potential for growth within the team for dedicated individuals.

Key Responsibilities and Requirements

  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs

  • Tolerance for high temperatures and humidity
  • Ability to maintain a fast pace for long durations

  • Understanding of food safety protocols
  • Reliable transportation is essential

Previous experience in a restaurant or kitchen setting is advantageous but not mandatory.

Position Classification

This role is classified as part-time, aligning with federal health reform regulations. A part-time designation is defined as working an average of 29 hours or less per week. This average is assessed over a specified measurement period rather than weekly. Work hours may vary based on business needs, and while hours may occasionally exceed 30 per week, this does not alter the part-time classification.

Federal regulations require tracking of hours worked to determine potential health plan eligibility. If hired, your hours will be monitored over a 12-month period starting from your first day of employment. Should you qualify for coverage at the end of this period, you will be offered plan options for the subsequent 12 months.
