Key Responsibilities

As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your key responsibilities will include:

  • Sales Consultation: Assist customers in selecting the right vehicle based on their needs and preferences.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay updated on the features, specifications, and benefits of new and existing vehicle models.
  • Negotiation: Work with customers to reach a mutually beneficial pricing agreement.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional service before, during, and after the sale to build long-lasting relationships.
  • Follow-Up: Stay in touch with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any post-sale concerns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess:

  • Automotive Knowledge: Understanding of different car models, features, and industry trends.
  • Sales Experience: Previous experience in sales, particularly in the automotive sector, is advantageous.
  • Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and customer service skills to establish trust and build relationships.
