Territory Sales Executive

EquipmentShare is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Executive to join our team. As a Territory Sales Executive, you will be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. You will be the face of EquipmentShare in your territory, responsible for sales strategy execution, market analysis, sales forecasting, pipeline management, and revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute sales strategies to increase market share and improve customer experience
Build and maintain relationships with contractors and construction company principals to expand our existing customer base
Conduct sales presentations to prospective and existing customers
Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase market share and improve customer experience
Manage strategic and national accounts
Requirements
2+ years of outside sales experience with a proven sales track record
Heavy construction equipment or industry knowledge (rental or construction) with experience in B2B sales preferred
Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet sales targets
Strong technical aptitude to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company
