Position Summary:

We are in search of an IT Quality Assurance Analyst skilled in testing Web Applications and API Endpoints, with experience in Salesforce. This individual will become an integral member of our Platform development team, contributing to all testing activities related to Platform projects. Responsibilities will include validating the functionality of our Web Applications, API Endpoints, Offer Management System, and Salesforce against business requirements. The candidate will be responsible for creating test plans, executing test cases, overseeing functional, integration, and regression testing, and providing detailed test summary reports. Furthermore, this role will involve supporting smoke testing for production deployments to ensure that new enhancements operate as intended after deployment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops detailed, organized, and comprehensive test case libraries based on Business Requirements.
  • Tracks, analyzes, and reports defects using JIRA.
  • Designs and implements test plans and test cases.
  • Writes and executes test cases utilizing the test management application in JIRA (e.g., Zephyr Scale).
  • Collaborates closely with software developers and the product team to triage bugs and resolve issues.
  • Actively participates in team standups, sprint planning, and other agile ceremonies.
  • This position may offer on-site or hybrid work arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in testing all phases of QA for successful Web Application implementation projects.
  • Proficient in using Postman Software for API testing.
  • Comprehensive understanding of QA processes, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
  • Able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented environment.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
