Your responsibilities will include overseeing inspection and testing protocols, managing quality assurance personnel, and ensuring comprehensive documentation to confirm that all products align with client specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct the evaluation and testing of raw materials and finished products utilizing CAD and 2D schematics
  • Conduct internal and external audits autonomously
  • Oversee the activities of quality assurance personnel and assembly technicians
  • Ensure the upkeep of quality documentation and records of non-conforming products
  • Notify management regarding any discrepancies in design
  • Administer the quality management system in accordance with ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485 standards
  • Facilitate quality training and ensure adherence to compliance across all sectors
  • Collaborate with various departments to foster business development
  • Adhere to both verbal and written instructions and undertake additional assigned tasks

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in managing a Quality Management System within a manufacturing environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficient in interpreting CAD drawings
  • Knowledgeable in GD&T and various inspection instruments
  • Familiar with ISO9001:2015 and ISO13485 standards
  • Internal auditor certification is advantageous
  • Experience in regulatory compliance is beneficial
