Position Overview
As a Quality Assurance Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for the following key tasks:
  • Conducting monthly reviews that are systematically assigned.
  • Managing approximately 4-6 reviews (applications) each month as a QA reviewer.
  • Evaluating a set of application controls against the evidence provided by the application manager for their respective applications.
  • Engaging in discussions with the application manager to address any findings once the review is finalized.
  • Participating in team meetings twice a week to review progress and resolve any queries, scheduled in the morning to accommodate our global team.
  • When time allows, performing additional analyses based on identified trends and findings.
Essential Skills and Experience:
  • 2-4+ years of experience in risk management, controls, or quality assurance.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent collaboration and partnership skills, with a proven ability to positively influence and motivate team members.
Preferred Skills and Experience:
  • In-depth knowledge of technology and/or information security processes is advantageous (including access control, segregation of duties, resiliency planning, code scanning, etc.).
  • Capability to integrate and analyze data from various sources, draw meaningful conclusions, and provide actionable recommendations.
  • Strong time management and organizational skills.
  • Demonstrated accountability and ownership, with a solid understanding of business ethics.
Educational Requirements:
A Bachelor's degree is required.
