Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Industrial Sales Representative to join our team at Morrell Group/Womack Group. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and our trusted supplier partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the industrial sector to expand the customer base.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans to grow market share and increase revenue from existing accounts.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and potential customers.
Requirements
  • Proven track record in industrial sales, preferably in hydraulics or a related field.
  • Strong technical knowledge of industrial hydraulics systems and components.
  • Ability to design hydraulic schematics and bill of materials for customer solutions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
  • Results-oriented with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets.
