Job Summary:

Nuvia MSO LLC is seeking an experienced Executive Director of Operations to lead our team and drive business growth. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our centers, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and developing strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operational Leadership: Provide strategic direction and oversight to ensure the effective management of our centers, including staff supervision, budgeting, and resource allocation.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure compliance with OSHA, HIPAA, and other regulatory requirements, and implement measures to mitigate risks and prevent non-compliance.
  • Business Development: Identify opportunities for growth and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.
  • Team Management: Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team of professionals, including center managers, staff, and support personnel.
  • Communication and Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including doctors, staff, and support teams, to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Leadership Experience: 3-5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in the dental or medical industry.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Proven experience with OSHA and HIPAA compliance standards.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, including financial management, budgeting, and strategic planning.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

  • Competitive Salary: A competitive salary range of $60,000 to $65,000.
