Job Title: Maintenance Director

At CareOne, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Director to join our team. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the life safety of all residents, visitors, and employees within our facility.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal codes and regulations
  • Troubleshoot and repair various systems within the facility
  • Work with the administrator and regional director of plant operations to improve facility operations
  • Ensure a welcoming and home-like appearance for residents and visitors
  • Collaborate with other department heads to improve facility operations
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum of five years of working experience
  • Minimum of two years of construction or trade experience
  • Minimum of one year of management or supervisory experience
  • Preferred experience in HVAC, plumbing, and electrical
  • Preferred experience in a healthcare environment with knowledge of state and federal guidelines
