Sales Manager Opportunity

Are you a seasoned sales professional looking to take your career to the next level? We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales Manager to join our team at Tutti Quanti, LLC. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving lead generation efforts and new business opportunities, identifying and targeting decision-makers within the commercial and government sectors. You will conduct on-the-ground prospecting efforts, visiting potential clients to establish initial contact and build new business relationships. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with corporate goals and advances overall business objectives. You will lead the sales process from prospecting to closing deals, build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, and own the proposal development and response process. You will track sales activities, customer interactions, and results while providing regular performance reports in CRM. You will leverage regional sales forecasting and analysis data to inform industry trends, competitors, and market conditions. You will continuously expand and share professional knowledge through educational, networking, and trade events.

Requirements:
Proven experience in a demanding sales role with a track record of executing winning sales strategies and exceeding sales targets. Previous experience with document management solutions or related industries and an existing book of business are a significant plus. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, spanning face-to-face visits, phone and virtual meetings, email exchanges, and all other forms of business interaction. Negotiation skills with the natural ability to connect and deliver effective sales presentations. Strong time management and organizational skills with attention to detail. Tech-savvy proficiency with the full MS Office Suite, CRM software, and other sales tools. A proactive, results-driven approach, capable of working in a fast-paced environment as part of a team or independently. Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
